The DMEPOS Fee Schedule covers Durable Medical Equipment, Prosthetics, Orthotics, and Supplies billed by enrolled suppliers. These rates apply to E-codes (DME), K-codes (temporary), and L-codes (orthotics/prosthetics). DMEPOS suppliers must accept assignment on Medicare claims.
